- We prepare amended returns in cases when the client would like to correct entries on the previously filed returns. These corrections could be claiming omitted deductions or credits, or just adding omitted income. Generally, taxpayers have three years from the filing deadline to amend the returns.

Installment Payments to IRS and States
- We can help to ask IRS to pay your due taxes on installment. Similar programs are offered by the different states.
Representing Taxpayers before the IRS and/or State Tax Departments
- We can represent our clients before IRS and State Taxing Authorities in in-office audits in the course on a tax disputes, whenever such help is needed. This will involve detail review of the case and propose optimum course of action. However, we will always try to resolve all the issues through correspondence with the Taxing Authorities in order to avoid the costly and time consuming meetings with the Revenue Service Officers.
Late Filings of Federal and State Tax Returns
- If you did not file your taxes for Tax Year 2011, or prior years, you can still do it through AAS TAX SERVICES LLC at any time. However; electronic filing (e-file) is available only for the tax year 2011. You can e-file 2011 tax returns throughout October 15, 2012. Returns for earlier years must be filed by mailing printed tax returns to the IRS and states.
